TRANSFORM / BREATH & COLD

Find your way back to yourself.

Guided breathwork workshops and icebathing sessions. These practices became part of my own way back after burnout; now I share them with people who want to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

WHY THIS IS PERSONAL

This started as a way back to myself.

In 2023, a year after becoming a dad, I experienced burnout. Breathwork helped me regulate myself and reconnect with what was going on inside. Icebathing became part of that journey too: a way to take my body into new territory and step out of the office and my usual patterns.

Self-healing and learning to connect with myself helped me get back on track stronger than ever. Now I want to give back by sharing what has helped me, without pretending I have all the answers.

“I’m still on the journey—to myself. Sharing what has helped me is one way I hope to help others.”
