MENTORING ON THE MOVE · LINZ

Walk the Phil

Gedankengang· thoughts in motion

I call this way of mentoring Gedankengang: a train of thought that unfolds as we walk. Bring a real question; we’ll make space to think it through together.

WHY WALK?

Some conversations feel different side by side.

Walk the Phil is one-to-one mentoring outdoors on the Donaulände in Linz. Instead of sitting across a table, we walk and talk—making space to look at what is on your mind and find a clearer next step.

It can be a business question, a decision you have been circling, or a change in life that deserves your attention. We follow the conversation that matters to you.

A WALK THAT STARTS WITH YOU

Bring what’s actually on your mind.

You do not need a polished brief or a perfect question. We can start with what feels unclear and work from there.

A business decision

Sort through an idea, a challenge, or a choice about what comes next.

A moment of change

Make room to think when work, priorities, or direction are shifting.

A need for perspective

Talk openly with someone who brings company-building experience and is still learning, too.

WHAT TO EXPECT

An open conversation, at walking pace.

We meet on the Donaulände in Linz and use the walk to focus on your question. There is no fixed script; the conversation follows what is useful to you.

01

Get in touch

Tell me a little about what you would like to talk through.

02

Find a time

We can work out whether a walk is a good fit and arrange the details together.

03

Walk and reflect

We walk, talk, and make space for a practical next step to emerge.

A PERSONAL NOTE

I bring experience—and I’m still on the journey myself.

Nineteen years of building companies taught me a lot about decisions, people, and uncertainty. My own self-development journey has shaped how I listen and how I meet change.

“I’m still on the journey—to myself. We can take the next steps one walk at a time.”
