Notice your breathing
Take a quiet moment to observe your breath without immediately trying to change it.
BREATHE WITH AWARENESS
Measure your control pause. Breathe more quietly. My app helps you pay attention to your breathing and explore the Buteyko method—without competing for the longest breath hold.
A LOOK INSIDE THE APP

LESS PRESSURE. MORE AWARENESS.
The Buteyko method focuses on quiet nasal breathing and awareness of your breathing pattern. The control pause is a short pause after an ordinary out-breath, ending at the first clear urge to breathe—not a test of how long you can endure. The measurement is neither a diagnosis nor an overall health score.

Learn the difference between a gentle observation and a maximum breath hold.
03
Make room for an attentive breathing practice, not personal records or ever-higher numbers.
On the blog, I explain the ideas behind Buteyko breathing, how to put the control pause in perspective and where the method has limits. The app does not replace medical advice or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure, discuss breathing pauses with a clinician first. Stop if you feel dizzy, breathless or unwell and return to normal breathing.
