A NEW APP FOR KIDS
A playful breathing pause that helps kids follow a gentle nasal breath. An animal introduces itself, rests a paw on its belly, and breathes along.
For adults: a practical guide to nasal, belly and mouth breathing.
A LOOK INSIDE THE APP

Your nose prepares air for your lungs: it filters particles, warms the air and adds moisture. Children can start exploring their breathing playfully early on—not as a training requirement, but with a few gentle breaths and an animal by their side. This helps them notice their bodies and discover a familiar way to pause when they feel wound up. Try it together in a relaxed moment, without pressure to get it right. Nasal breathing should always feel comfortable: never force it through a blocked nose, and discuss frequent mouth breathing or snoring with a paediatrician.
